Who we are
Greenway Properties Limited is a construction and development company headquartered in Galway, Ireland. We have over 30 years of experience and remain a family run business. We cater for a wide variety of construction services including demolition, general contracting, fit outs, housing and apartment development. Our highly skilled teams have experience across a wide variety of clients, both public and private, and are motivated to exceed expectations at all times.
Initially established in 1979 as a firm of building contractors in Galway, we expanded our operations into purpose made joinery with the acquisition of Lockwood Manufacturing in 1985. This move expanded our expertise which earned the group worldwide acclaim. Our client list include OPW, Dunnes Stores, Ryanair, ESAT/BT, Aer Lingus, McDonalds Restaurants, various international airports, Great Southern Hotels, Heaton’s Atlantic Homecare, Ministry of Defence, and numerous private clients. More recently Greenway Properties has focused on the delivery of residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
Greenway are now one of the largest residential building companies in the west of Ireland with active site in both Galway and Sligo delivering over 200 units to the market
